In this role, we deeply care about your passion for midcore games and the FPS genre. We highly encourage you to
get familiar with both of our games before you apply
and complete your application only if you're genuinely excited to play them extensively and dive deep into their mechanics.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with developers and artists to ensure successful updates
Test for user experience, functionality, and performance
Deconstruct competing games and provide reference videos, screenshots, etc
Analyze game analytics to improve the player experience and KPIs
Optimize the product development process
Requirements
University student, expected to graduate by January 2027
Able to work at least 3 full days per week from our Levent office
Passionate FPS gamer with a strong interest in game mechanics and player psychology
Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
High attention to detail and eagerness to iterate and improve continuously
Genuine passion for mobile games, especially in increasing player engagement, retention, and monetization
Ability to think creatively about gameplay features and user experiences
Proactive, self-motivated, and organized work style
