About the Internship We are looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on Customer Service & Warehouse Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program. This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to gain practical experience within a growing fashion brand and develop an understanding of customer service, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and e-commerce processes. You will work closely with our team and gain exposure to the day-to-day operations behind an international fashion business. This is an unpaid internship. Transportation and meal expenses will be covered throughout the internship period. Successful interns will be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program. Key Responsibilities Support customer service activities across email and other communication channels Answer and manage incoming phone calls Support general office coordination and administrative tasks Assist customers with order inquiries, delivery updates, returns, and exchanges Help prepare and pack e-commerce orders Support daily warehouse operations and stock organization Assist with inventory counts and stock tracking Maintain accurate order and inventory records Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks and special projects Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Interest in fashion, e-commerce, customer experience, or operations Comfortable using MS Office and Google Workspace tools Good command of English is a plus Students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking hands-on experience are encouraged to apply What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in customer service and warehouse operations Exposure to e-commerce and order fulfillment processes Experience working within a growing international fashion brand Direct collaboration with an entrepreneurial and creative team A broad understanding of how a fashion business operates behind the scenes Opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship More than an internship, this is an opportunity to gain real-world experience within a growing fashion brand.
