TRAI sits at the heart of Türkiye’s AI ecosystem: accelerating AI adoption, increasing AI literacy, and connecting startups, enterprises, investors, academia, and the public sector. Through high-impact events, ecosystem programs, strategic collaborations, and market intelligence, we help shape the future of AI in Türkiye.
We’re looking for an Ecosystem Development Intern to support TRAI’s ecosystem activities and learn hands-on how a leading AI ecosystem is built and scaled.
🎯 What you’ll do
· Support the planning and execution of ecosystem-facing initiatives across TRAI’s key programs, events, and strategic collaborations.
· Help with the content and speaker research for flagship formats such as TRAI Summit, Meetups, and Startup Day.
· Track the AI startup landscape and help map promising startups, trends, and opportunities for TRAI’s network.
· Assist the team in coordinating with startups, corporate members, ecosystem partners, and other stakeholders.
· Support ecosystem projects with research, stakeholder communication, follow-ups, and day-to-day operations.
· Use AI tools in daily workflows to improve research quality and team efficiency.
· Join meetings and events, and gain first-hand exposure to how ecosystem conversations take shape.
💡 What makes you a great fit
· You are a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or a graduate student, available to work
from our Istanbul office
at least
3 days
per week.
· You have a strong interest in AI, startups, and technology ecosystems, and you’re curious about who’s building what.
· You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
· You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.
· You take initiative, learn quickly, and follow through on what you start.
· You are comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
· Fluent Turkish and strong English are required.
· Nice to have: Prior experience in student clubs, startup communities, or event organization.
· Nice to have: Familiarity with vibe coding, using AI tools to quickly build simple prototypes, automations, or internal tools.
