Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Manage content calendar and publish engaging, brand-aligned posts.
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with design and business development teams to align messaging.
Monitor trends and competitors to keep Formed ahead in digital presence.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media for IT agencies, creative studios, or startups.
Strong portfolio demonstrating results in engagement and growth.
Excellent writing skills in English; visual design sense is a plus.
Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn, Meta Business, Google Analytics).
Ability to balance innovativity with performance-driven execution.
