Through products like Meal Wallet, Flexible Benefits, and Motivation Wallet, we help HR and finance teams at leading companies optimize employee spending and benefits. The Role We're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founder. This role sits at the intersection of growth, sales, partnerships, and finance. You won't be advising from the sidelines — you'll work on the numbers, relationships, and opportunities that directly move the company forward. What You'll Do Track and prioritize sales and partnership opportunities, including lead research Support financial analysis and reporting (revenue, costs, unit economics) Own end-to-end execution on strategic projects prioritized by the founder Conduct market/competitor research and turn insights into action Prepare for meetings, follow up, and keep things documented Who We're Looking For University student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar) Comfortable working with numbers, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets Fast learner, resourceful in ambiguity, proactive Able to keep pace with an early-stage startup's speed and intensity Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English Why Luvu Direct exposure to real decision-making, working alongside the founder Fastest way to build experience in fintech and B2B sales Real impact on a small, fast-moving team
