LAV, a leading company in equal employment opportunities with a 52% female employee ratio, values diversity and does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, marital status, age, or seniority status. #genderequality QUALIFICATIONS If you; Are an undergraduate student (ideally 3rd or 4th year) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, expecting to graduate in June 2026/2027, or a recent graduate, Can commit to working a minimum of 4 days per week and are available for at least a 6-month period, Have the ability to stay calm in demanding situations, effectively manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, and focus on developing proactive solutions when challenges arise, Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Are curious by nature, eager to learn, and excited to explore new ideas, Enjoy connecting with people and building strong relationships across teams and with external partners, Have previous internship experience and are ready to take on greater responsibility If you are curious about what you will do, take a look at the below. JOB DESCRIPTION Turn customer feedback into meaningful insights and improvement opportunities. Understand what customers really want by exploring their needs, behaviors, and preferences. Conduct competitor and best-practice research to identify emerging customer experience trends. Measure customer satisfaction and help uncover what creates great experiences. Gain hands-on experience in Customer Experience operations and see how customer-centric businesses work behind the scenes. Work on projects that directly impact customer experience and business decisions.
