Position : Product Merchandising Intern Location: Maslak, Istanbul, Turkey About the Role As a Production Merchandising Intern, you will support our Production team in coordinating day-to-day operations throughout the product development and production process. Working closely with merchandising, production and supplier partners, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to the smooth execution of our collections from product selection to production follow-up. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supporting the creation and maintenance of selected product entries in the company portal Assisting with accessory order follow-up to ensure timely procurement and production readiness Supporting sample tracking throughout both internal and external production processes Supporting internal coordination and cross-functional communication to help ensure production timelines and deadlines are met What You’ll Bring to HiCCUP Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Fashion Management or a related field A genuine interest in fashion production, sourcing and merchandising Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment The ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Good command of English, both written and spoken Availability to work at least 3 days per week from our Maslak, Istanbul office What We Offer A hands-on internship experience within a fast-growing global fashion startup The opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals across production and merchandising Exposure to end-to-end production processes in an international fashion business A collaborative, supportive and entrepreneurial work environment where your contributions make a real impact The possibility of long-term career opportunities based on performance Competitive salary and opportunity to grow into leadership roles as the company scales
