The Role

We’re hiring an Associate to join the CEO Office, a generalist seat working directly with the CEO and the Chief of Staff on the topics that shape the next phase of the company: finance, strategy, fundraising, international expansion and operational scale.

Think of the CEO Office as Hiccup’s internal consulting team. Problems arrive unstructured. You scope them, build the analysis, form a recommendation and then stay on to make it happen. You own the implementation and you live with the result.

This is not a narrow role. You will move across all of these areas depending on what the week demands. If you want a steep learning curve, broad exposure, and a front-row seat to how a high-growth company is run, this is the role.

What You’ll Do

• Take the CEO’s priority problems from brief to a delivered outcome: scope the question, structure the work, and carry real accountability for the result
• Break ambiguous business questions into a clear hypothesis and a workplan
• Build the quantitative case: financial models, market sizing, unit economics, pricing and scenario analysis that stands up to scrutiny
• Stay on past the recommendation: drive implementation, track whether it worked, and course-correct when it didn’t
• Prepare business reviews: pull the numbers, find the story behind them, and surface what needs a decision
• Support the preparation of financial management reporting
• Run expansion initiatives across new markets, sales channels and entity setups, from market sizing through to go-live
• Manage relationships with external parties including advisors, marketplaces, banks and service providers across multiple jurisdictions
• Support the next funding round

What We’re Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience. Strong fresh graduates are welcome
• Excellent academic background. We will particularly consider applications from Bilkent, Bogazici, ITU, Koc, METU, Sabanci, or international universities
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Turkish
• Strong analytical foundation, with working literacy in LLMs, SQL, Excel / Sheets
• Structured thinker. You can take a vague question, break it down, and explain your reasoning clearly to someone who wasn’t in the room
• Optimisation mindset, you look for ways to automate the repetitive parts of your workflow
• High ownership mindset, you finish what you start and don’t need to be chased
• Reliable under deadlines, you plan backwards from the date, flag risks early, and deliver without reminders
• Comfortable with pressure and pace, priorities may shift weekly and you can hold several workstreams at once
• Sound judgement and discretion
