Please do not hesitate to contact us to apply if you believe this is your chance to build your career: Your Role: Assist the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, and engaging with candidates at various stages of the hiring process Enhance the onboarding experience by organizing and facilitating orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires Contribute to HR analytics by preparing insightful reports and supporting data-driven decision-making in areas such as employee engagement, turnover, and recruitment effectiveness Drive employer branding initiatives by researching best practices and supporting the development of innovative campaigns to attract top talent Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business needs Your Profile: 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student Strong interest in developing a strategic career in Human Resources Ability to commit to three days a week Proficiency in MS Office applications Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Based in Istanbul
