Role Description This on-site Video Editor Intern role is based in Ankara and offers hands-on experience in end-to-end video production. The intern will assist with organizing and editing video footage, assembling rough cuts, adding transitions, basic effects, and sound, and preparing content for various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and producers, applying basic color adjustments, integrating simple graphics or motion elements, and exporting videos in required formats. The role also involves maintaining project files, following brand and style guidelines, and participating in creative reviews and feedback sessions. This is an internship position, designed to help emerging talent build professional skills and a portfolio in a collaborative studio environment. Qualifications Foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to work with raw footage and create coherent narratives. Basic understanding of Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and mood. Introductory skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and simple visual elements. Familiarity with common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) and an interest in learning new tools. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Film, Media, Communication, Design) or equivalent practical experience. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with willingness to receive and apply feedback in a team setting. Portfolio, showreel, or sample projects demonstrating video editing or related creative work is highly beneficial.
