Ilan Detayi: What is the Summary of This Position? This role is responsible for managing field activities and ensuring the achievement of product promotion and sales targets. What You'll Be Doing? Monitoring market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive activity by leveraging digital data sources, market research platforms, and analytics tools, and preparing comprehensive analyses, Managing assigned projects end-to-end by using digital project management systems, tracking progress, and ensuring successful and timely completion, Supporting the achievement of promotional and sales targets for responsible products during field assignments by integrating digital and physical channel strategies, measuring performance, and providing improvement recommendations, Supporting digital marketing activities, including content management, campaign analytics, and CRM practices, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement, Identifying process improvement opportunities aligned with the company’s digitalization vision, supporting the effective adoption of new digital tools in both field and office environments, and collaborating with relevant teams for successful implementation. Which Profile Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in related field, New graduated or max. 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excellent command of written and spoken English, Required to have a Class B driver’s license and be an active driver.
