The Role: In this internship, you won’t just be a "bystander." You will play an active role in every stage of our operations: Candidate Experience Hub: Managing interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey for new hires. Employer Branding & Culture: Bringing your creativity to office events, supporting GPTW initiatives, and contributing to the "Life at Neowise" projects. Learning & Development: Assisting in training needs analysis, organizing developmental workshops, and tracking team growth. Product Ownership (HR App): Working closely with the technical (dev) team to test new features in our HR application and provide user-centric feedback. Operational Excellence: Handling office expense tracking, inventory management (laptops/equipment), and maintaining both physical and digital archives. What We Are Looking For: 4th-year university student or recent graduate looking for a long-term internship . Ability to work on-site at our Ataşehir office at least 3 full days per week . Must be able to maintain this schedule throughout the Autumn/Winter academic semester . Degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Strong interpersonal skills with high energy and a hunger to learn. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
