The ideal candidate; Holds an undergraduate degree from the Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent departments, Interested in software projects, business analysis, and project management, Eager to understand customers' needs, and communicates effectively, Is a team player, willing to take responsibility, Committed to documentation and exchanging knowledge, Has at least C1 level English proficiency, Open to learning, development-oriented, and motivated to develop solutions. Preferably Has basic knowledge of software testing processes, Has basic level knowledge of SQL, Involved in software development and project-based studies during university. Job Description Supporting project teams in analyzing customers' needs, Supporting the technical team in creating business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, Assisting in project tracking and ensuring the task lists are kept up-to-date on project management tools, Supporting the preparation of documentation, including analysis, use cases, meeting minutes, and test scenarios, Providing support for functional and regression testing of developed projects, Contributing to the creation of sample scenarios for test cases and load testing, Providing operational support to teams in tracking requests and requirements for products and projects. *This is a paid internship position.
