We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst Intern to join our growing team. Main Responsibilities: Supporting process analysis and assisting in the identification and documentation of system functions Assisting in the preparation of screen designs and workflow documentation Participating in functional adequacy, interface, unit, and integration test planning and documentation Supporting system evaluation and documentation tasks within project groups Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by supporting analysis studies aligned with evolving business processes Qualifications: Currently enrolled in the 4th year of Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management or a related undergraduate program. Able to work at least 3 days a week during the school year Fluent in English , both written and spoken Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset Willingness to learn and explore new technologies, business domains, and methodologies Knowledge or interest in business analysis processes, software development lifecycle, or project management is a plus Availability to work from our Istanbul office as required.
