Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Final-year students or recent graduates are welcome to apply)
Interest in project management, business transformation, or strategy
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferably available 3 days per week
Job Description:
Support the Business Program Office team in ongoing strategic projects and transformation initiatives
Assist in project tracking, documentation, and reporting processes
Help monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
Support data analysis and help build basic financial or operational models
Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment on project activities
Assist in maintaining project documentation and governance standards
Participate in meetings and take notes, follow up on action items
