Key Responsibilities Support HR Services team in daily administrative and operational tasks Assist with employee documentation and data management Support onboarding and internal HR processes Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy Assist in reporting and process follow-ups Collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization Qualifications 3rd or 4th year university student Mandatory internship requirement from the university Currently studying in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Good command of English Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and eager to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
