Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our Project Management team in the daily coordination and execution of ongoing projects. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international design and engineering environment, while learning how large-scale projects are managed from both operational and technical perspectives. The intern will work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, supporting project coordination, reporting, budgeting, and communication processes. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Management team in daily operational and administrative tasks Attend internal and client meetings and prepare professional Minutes of Meeting (MoM) Assist in preparing meeting agendas and follow-up action lists Support the preparation of feasibility studies and project reports Assist with proposal, budgeting, and commercial documentation processes Help organize and maintain project documentation and records Track project schedules, deliverables, and action items Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and management teams when required Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project summaries Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities related to ongoing projects Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation structures Provide general coordination support across project management activities Internship Requirements Availability to work full-time, five days per week (Monday to Friday) Mandatory availability throughout June, July, and August Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Strong willingness to learn and take initiative Qualifications Senior-year student or recent graduate in: Architecture or Civil Engineering Master's degree in Project Management is preferable Strong organizational and communication skills Good command of English, both written and spoken Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn Interest in project management, construction, design, and engineering sectors What We Offer Hands-on experience within an international design and engineering company Exposure to real-life project management processes Opportunity to work closely with experienced project managers and engineers Professional development in project coordination, reporting, budgeting, and communication Dynamic and collaborative working environment
