CreatorStation, a leading influencer marketing and talent management agency producing content for Turkey's top YouTube channels across entertainment, gaming, education, style, beauty, and travel, is looking for a Videographer Intern to join our team from April to June. At CreatorStation, we believe in learning by doing, you'll work on real content, not practice projects. This summer, you'll commit to 5 days per week on-site at our Vadistanbul office. You'll gain hands on experience with professional Canon R and Cinema Series cameras, Adobe Premiere, and green screen production. Beyond traditional production, our team actively explores and integrates the latest generative AI tools into our workflows. You'll experiment with cutting edge video and image generation technologies alongside our creative team. You'll work directly with our production team and collaborate with some of Turkey's most-followed creators. Key Responsibilities Assist in shooting video content with Canon R and Cinema Series cameras across productions of varying scale. Support editing and post-production workflows in Adobe Premiere. Help apply 2D compositing and green screen techniques under the guidance of senior team members. Assist with gimbal operation and on set equipment handling. Contribute to the production of short form vertical content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Explore and assist in integrating generative AI tools (video and image generation) into content production pipelines. Help test and evaluate AI-generated footage for use in real campaigns and productions. Help manage and organize footage across multiple simultaneous projects. Requirements Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field. Basic hands on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Canon experience is a strong plus). Familiarity with Adobe Premiere at a working level. Some exposure to 2D compositing or green screen techniques is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with generative AI video and image tools such as Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, or similar platforms is a strong plus. A curiosity about how AI is reshaping video production and a willingness to experiment with emerging tools. Availability to commute to our Vadistanbul office 5 days per week throughout the summer. Native level Turkish; functional English. Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast paced production environment. Compensation This is an unpaid volunteer internship. Interns receive professional mentorship throughout the program. You'll gain hands on experience with industry grade equipment and workflows.
